How long does it take?
Every pair is made to order. After you send your order, Mostafa contacts you to confirm the details, makes your pair, and delivers it. Expect about 5–10 working days in total.
Big or very detailed orders can take longer — we will tell you when we confirm.
Delivery fees (Egypt)
45 EGP to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. 65 EGP to every other governorate.
Delivery is free when your order is 700 EGP or more.
The exact fee is shown at checkout before you send the order.
Paying
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier or Mostafa when the slippers arrive. Please have the amount ready.
Returns & exchanges
Because every pair is personalised for you, we cannot take it back just because you changed your mind.
If your pair arrives damaged, is not the design you ordered, or is not the size you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will fix it or replace it.
If you chose a size and it turns out not to fit, contact us — we will always try to help.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If we have not started making your pair we can change or cancel it. Once it is made, it cannot be cancelled.
