Terms of sale

Every pair is made specially for you from the design, size and details you send. Colours on a screen can look slightly different from the finished slippers, and tiny differences in printing or stitching are normal for handmade, made-to-order items.

Sending an order is a request. Mostafa will contact you to confirm the details, and the order is confirmed once you both agree. Please check your phone number and address — we need them to reach you.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and shown before you order. Shipping is 45 EGP (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria) or 65 EGP (elsewhere), and free from 700 EGP. You pay in cash when your order is delivered.

We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days after confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Someone needs to be available to receive and pay.

Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. If your order is damaged, wrong, or the wrong size compared to what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it. See the delivery & returns page.

Please only use text and images you have the right to use. We may decline an order with offensive or unlawful content. Sticker artwork on the site is emoji-style artwork; the finished product is made to look as close to your design as possible.
