What we collect
Only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, optional email and notes, and the design, size and quantity you chose.
There are no accounts and we never ask for card or bank details — you pay in cash on delivery.
How we use it
To contact you about your order, make your slippers and deliver them. If you give an email we may send a short order receipt. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
Who sees it
Mostafa, who makes your order; our email provider, which delivers the order email; and the courier who delivers your package (name, phone and address only).
On your device
Your cart, your latest design draft and your language and light/dark choices are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.
We use one small cookie to remember your language.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order details as long as needed to deliver your order and handle any problem with it. To ask us to delete your details, email hello@shebsheb.online.
