Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Design, add to cart, enter your address and send — that is it.
How does my order reach Mostafa?
When you send your order, Mostafa receives an email with your details, a picture of your exact design and a link that reopens it in the studio.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. The studio shows your slippers live while you design. You can also download the picture or copy a link to share it.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — you pay when your slippers arrive. Nothing to pay online.
How long does it take?
About 5–10 working days: Mostafa confirms the details, makes your pair, then delivers it.
How much is delivery?
45 EGP to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria and 65 EGP to the rest of Egypt. Delivery is free on orders of 700 EGP or more.
What size should I choose?
Measure the foot and check the size guide — it even has a size finder. Between two sizes, pick the bigger one.
Do you make slippers for babies?
Yes — newborn sizes (0–12 months) in the slide and cozy shapes, and little-ones sizes up to about 4 years. For little ones, stickers are printed flat so there are no loose parts.
Can I write a name in Arabic?
Yes. Names can be in Arabic or English, up to 14 letters, on the heel or along the side.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If the pair has not been made yet, we will update it. You can also edit any item in your cart before you send the order.
What if it does not fit or has a problem?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out. See the delivery & returns page for details.
Do you do big orders?
Yes — weddings, birthdays, teams, schools and gifts. Use the parties & bulk page to ask for a quote.
